The DOW tested high to close down 5 points at 13641. The S&P 500 closed flat on the day at 1530 and the NASDAQ closed up 11 points at 2600. The FTSE, after opening higher traded down towards the close to finish the day up 19 points at 6609. Futures – DOW is called up 21 points, FTSE is called up 29 points. Oil is trading at $64.20 a barrel and Gold is buying $664.3.
